Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Fashion Factory (www.fashionfactorybd.com). By accessing and using this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. General

All products, prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the item is out of stock or if a price was listed in error.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT. Delivery charges are added at checkout.

3. Orders

A confirmation call is made for every order. We reserve the right to cancel any order where fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

4. Cash on delivery

We offer cash on delivery all over Bangladesh. Please check the product in front of the delivery man. Once the delivery man has left, complaints about a product mismatch cannot be accepted without a video taken at the time of opening the parcel.

5. Intellectual property

Everything on this website — logos, images, product photos and text — belongs to Fashion Factory. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Fashion Factory is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our products. Colours may vary by 10–15% depending on lighting and screen settings.

By placing an order you agree to our Return Policy and our Privacy Policy.
