Delivery Policy

We deliver all over Bangladesh, cash on delivery. Check the product when it arrives, then pay the delivery man. No advance payment is needed.

Delivery charge

  • Inside Dhaka: Tk 70
  • Outside Dhaka: Tk 120
  • Order Tk 1,700 or more: delivery free, anywhere in Bangladesh.

How long it takes

  • Inside Dhaka: 1 to 2 working days.
  • Outside Dhaka: 3 to 5 working days.

Every order gets a confirmation call first. The clock starts once your order is confirmed.

Opening the parcel

Please open and check the product in front of the delivery man. Once he has left, we cannot accept a complaint about a product mismatch without a video taken while opening the parcel.
