Privacy Policy
At Fashion Factory your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
1. What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and purchase history. We also record which products you viewed, so we can improve your shopping experience.
2. How we use it
- To process and deliver your order through our courier partners (SteadFast, Pathao and others).
- To confirm your order by phone call or SMS.
- To send you offers and new collection updates by SMS or WhatsApp — you can opt out at any time.
- To improve the website, and for Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics tracking.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We share only your name, phone number and address with the delivery partner who brings your parcel. Your payment details are completely safe: we take cash on delivery only, so we never store card or bKash information.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to keep the items in your cart and to show you products that are relevant to you.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
