Return & Exchange Policy

At Fashion Factory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Return & exchange window

You can request a return or exchange within 3 working days from the delivery date.

Conditions for return

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, invoice and free gifts (if any) must be included.
  • For hygiene reasons, Jewellery, Skin & Hair and Perfume / Attar products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
  • Products bought at a Best Combo / offer price are not eligible for a refund. They can only be exchanged if there is a size issue or a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or wrong product

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video of the product. We will arrange a free replacement.

How to exchange

Message our support on WhatsApp or Messenger with your Order ID and the reason. Once approved, our courier will collect the product from you.

Refunds

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund is processed within 7–10 working days by bKash or bank transfer.
