Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after order confirmation. During high demand or campaign periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and delivery method.

Delivery time may vary due to weather, political conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
If any unexpected delay occurs, Fashion Factory may take up to 10 working days to process the order. If advance payment was made and delivery is not possible, the amount will be refunded to the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Customers will receive a shipment confirmation message and tracking details via SMS, email, or phone once the order is shipped.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Fashion Factory is not liable for products damaged or lost during courier transit. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact our support team within 24 hours with photo/video proof.
Keep all packaging materials and the damaged product until the issue is resolved.
International Shipping Policy
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Returns Related to Shipping
Customers must request return within the specified return period.
Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
The product must be sent back with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
